I was thinking in terms of at any point in history the average to that point is historic. Maybe I’m not thinking clearly on the term.

But for sure he certainly can’t say historic lows, as Trump could.

Correct. It's still higher than it has been under any other president.

But it's down a few cents after being up a few dollars and he wants recognition for it, and this administration has done away with all pretenses of any kind of truth.
