One thing to keep in mind about green screens... if there are pool photographers at this press release what they photograph will only have a green screen behind Biden, not the shipping containers that are seen in this image. Typically, green screen images can be added live during broadcast to isolated cameras but “still” photography cameras. This was most likely video that was provided by the White House to all media outlets. And or the images of the shipping containers are on screen backdrops placed just on the other side of the window panes.
A lot of TV shows are filmed like this, 80% of the time when you see two characters talking in let’s say an office building and there’s a city skyline of buildings outside their window - those buildings are printed on screens that are as big as the soundstage - they are massive.
They are just video screens behind the windows.. there's no green screens. Everything else in practical. If you want search for photos from a press conference search Getty Images for the event. You'll see what the press sees
