Yes, the phylogenetic tree I have seen. What I am looking for is actual WGS experimental reports. Like, not just statements that its been done, but an actual, honest to goodness report, with the extraction and isolation technique (fraction used), the method of sequencing used, the analytics used, the whole shebang.

I myself have written up such reports. I know exactly what I'm looking for. I can't find those reports. I can only find reports that say they are taking data from databases (GISAID e.g.), which I can look up myself.

I can find all sorts of models, I can't find experimental reports. I want the actual lab reports. I can't find any.

I don't know if its because there is just so much noise, or if those reports don't exist.
