That 21 gun salute was pretty much all I needed to see to be convinced of law of war/devolution/etc.
Prior to 2020, I'd been a Trump skeptic and a relatively apolotical person. Obviously that changed--but I wasn't sure if I believed in the idea of Devolution when I first heard about it. Then the gun salute happened. And I was like "yeah nevermind devolution is absolutely real and this basically proves it" LOL...that and so many other things.
Gun salute for foreign power. Biden renewing that specific Trump EO in spite of removing others. Trump's office of the "former POTUS" in Florida. Those things ALONE are enough for me...but they're really just the tip of the iceberg. NCSWIC ππ
Add in that they didn't send planes to pick up Joe and Kamala. And they allowed Trump to not only leave DC with the football, but announce it to the media.
I wasn't built for Truman, but was gifted, along with its upkeep, to the US government by the heiress who built it to be a Winter White House. Maybe Truman was he first to use it? Not sure, it has been awile since I read about it.
*It was actually supposed to be used for the Kennedys, but was obviously not, and the Johnsons were the first to use it as a presidential retreat. The article below is quite good, most degrade and distort the history.
they have hope, they just can't hold onto it because of their unrealistic expectations of how its meant to develop overtime and forget all the undeniable evidence as time passes, waiting for a new one and forgetting all the old.

Believe whatever you want, but I'm all in with my beliefs here. I've always been a "conspiracy theorist," for lack of a better term. Always thought 9/11 story was bogus. Always thought JFK situation was weird. Still didn't like Trump at first...and then I decided to be more open-minded, and I ended up liking him. Real impossible to believe, I'm sure LMAO

If you understand protocol and military tradition, itβs obvious.
It's the Office of the 45th President. Not former.
O shit you're right, I actually had that wrong--thanks for the reminder π
It's been known as the winter white house long before Trump mentioned it. This makes the case even stronger in my mind.
Mrs. Post built it w the intent of it being WH2 for Truman, I think.
