Wow. That was powerful.

He looks like he really didn't know the truth. Watch how he's wringing his hands after seeing the blank info insert. I was initially surprised he was willing to talk to her. It was a genuine reaction of shock and horror realizing what he has done to people. The woman was very skilled and kind.

I agree. He probably quit his job and had a mental breakdown.
