I don't think that's what they meant by saying "labeling him Q anon".

They weren't saying Flynn is Q, but a supporter of Q. MSM refers to Q supporters as "Q anon". Because they're a little duuuurrrrr, you know.

If I’m wrong and that's not what they meant, then I apologize for sticking my nose in where it doesn't belong.
