You don't need carbs at all. You just need to get through the transitional period. 3-7 days.

Agreed. It takes getting used to your body being in ketosis mode. There is definitely a learning curve to a keto diet.
Yes but if you do need them try to keep total carbs below 25g per day and if not that low (thats tough) keep it to 50g per day
