Yes but as you scrub yourself you can get stuff out of your pores. Warm water is more effective at opening up your pores. Your pores are naturally an ejection site for crap, hence why your body stinks of booze after a heavy knight of drinking, same with curry-heavy meals.
I believe it to be true. My brother was having lupus like symptoms for a few years. He took hot showers, and I don’t know how he did it. I would have stopped bathing. And I saw this because you should have seen how he came out looking. COVERED in hives and angry welts. It was awful. Very painful. Doctor said it was the hot showers releasing toxins in the skin. What those toxins were- he never found out- but he switched to cool showers and it solved that problem. He didn’t drink or smoke or taken drugs.
Never did figure out what it was, but the steroids he had to take really messed him up during that time.
