Just took two days to find FIL a critical care bed in Wisconsin. The entire state.
People are playing it off as no beds because of all the COVID cases, but when you speak to people in the know they tell you there are plenty of beds, but no one to care for patients. Vax Mandates, and burn out were the factors mentioned.
I saw a line of at least 50 cars waiting to be tested at a local hospital.
And the dumbest part is, there were people outside their cars milling around talking to others in line. If you're that frightened that you need to get a test, why are you even outside your vehicle?
For many, it's getting difficult to navigate normal, everyday life, without proof of a negative test.
That is the majority of what we are seeing here.
Oh, and lots of old footage being sold as current.

Agreed a friend in Boston said Nat Guard coming and all Hospitals pretty empty in his area - he’s going to get some video if he can soon
