Why would the Pentagon need to build a new court room?
Surely they already have meeting rooms large enough for holding a "secret trial".
The new court rooms feature a trap door for the newly freed defendants to disappear using the underground tunnels. There will also be a makeup room for the guild artists to store their masks and makeup for the fake mask defendants (actually patriots forced to don the mask and undergo the needle in the arm). And lastly is the audience cry room. For the sag actors to display their theatrical talents as they portray family members of the accused.
