I take one daily but I also take 2 of their 1,000mg vitamin C tablets, which each also contain a half-dose of bio-quercetin, so . . . I take the equivalent of two capsules.
If I were sick I might take more. With most supplements, taking "too much" is a lot less likely to be harmful or counter-productive than with Pharma drugs (or Tylenol, for cryin' out loud). Metals (including Zinc) are exceptions.
how many of the new super absorbable version do you take?
I know it's less mg but more effective because of the absorption. Do you do 1 /day or more? Just curious. I stick to 1/day.

[Thought I'd already replied here, but don't see it, so here's another try] -- EDIT: Well, NOW I see it right above here.
I take one capsule plus two 1000mg vitamin C from Life Extension -- which each contain a half-dose of quercetin, for a total of 2 a day.
