Its 250 sq ft.its the size of a mediocre hotel there is no making it nicer just hope you dont share a bathroom with six other rooms.i would have moved baby and put in cat in case of wirdos.
Ok, so, this makes my skin crawl, is someone in that actual area planning to DO anything about this garbage, or not? Like go look, and video a conversation asking why an infant is pictured? It won't accomplish shit for anyone far away to stir this pot.
I don't think there is anything strange about the idea of the housing swap, even though I wouldn't do it (esp on Crsgslist) and I don't imagine many in Kingston are looking to hang out in nyc right now. Having a baby on the bed, while only mentioning herself (33) and her cat is very creepy.
For a ‘very tidy’ female that is one nasty looking bed especially for a studio apartment. A baby laying on top of that without any mention she has one but mentions the cat is way beyond weird. Definitely needs some investigation with that one!
Hudson valley anon here. There's always creepy shit on our craigslist. I know it's Craigslist, but lots of shit like "are you a young man and single? Looking for a room and a job? How'd you like to be a professional partier". I check the site out on a regular basis, and the weird shit is always posted on the east side of the Hudson. That's where lots of the old money is. I'm pretty sure the Rockefellers have always been big around here, there's multiple parks in their name in Westchester, they have some land around here still.
If you had any doubts, that should clear it up.

10' x 25' studio is tiny and she probably pays 2 grand a month. It was a decent and very affordable neighborhood 10-15 years ago.
People paid me 1200 a month for a room with a private bathroom in my condo.
