We have wondered who made the call on November 4th to stop counting in key states so that fraudulent ballots could be created to defeat President Trump's reelection.

One thing that will always be clear to me on this is that the election was all pre-planned out. The "call" you speak of is Fox news. Fox was given the direction to call AZ for Joe, and this call would be the signal flair for ALL battleground states to stop counting for the night so that the votes needed could be manufactured.
Trump crushed OH, FL, and IA early. Historically, if a candidate wins these three states, they win the whole thing. As soon as these states went to Trump, by large margins, Fox called AZ and the counting stopped.
The first place I would start would be to look at every cell phone message from the Murdochs. In fact, wasn't one of the Murdoch wives gloating the night of the election on her social saying, "We did it!"

I assume it scales down as you get higher. I think you'd have to kill all <1,000 of them to fully end it. If you took out the top, let's say 50, you'd basically cut the best heads of the hydra, it could eventually grow back, or maybe it dies slowly, who knows. I'd prefer the safer method myself. Kill the entire Hydra, heads to toes.
