I doubt Biden has one. Instead we will get to hear from Trump in AZ on the 16th.

Will Trump’s speech on the 16th be the real state of the union speech?

Trump is speaking on the 15th.

Biden is still speaking on the 6th. He planned something too to get in front of what Trump had planned. So Trump bailed and now Biden is stuck speaking incoherently to the country on January 6th.
