That country is oil territory and a bridge between China and Turkey and Russia.

Russia is saying to the world "Stay out and let them solve this on their own."

The Russian statement used more cautious language than Tokayev, who has blamed the violence on domestic and foreign provocateurs.

Apparently the protests erupted, the government resigned and then the state of emergency was declared to calm the violence.

I'm very curious about the situation and what's going on. It's being blamed on fuel prices.
