This was amazing - I remember how stunned I was and thinking, this bitch is done… she ultimately was / but I always had a feeling she was on to something … not much longer after this exposition the Boston Altar Boy Scandal broke … and now here we are 30 years later full circle … disturbing to me how much of a sheep I was back then…
Watched this as well, this was before SNL went completely Libtard I felt the same I had no idea that it was that high up in the church, now it’s all clear, shit always rolls down hill.
I don’t know if she was or not, I saw the whole episode as others did at the time, I didn’t know all that had happened inside the Catholic Church my statement was that he had to come out and inform all of what had happened.
I remember it as well and thinking she was an asshole for doing it, even though I'm not Catholic. I did think JP2 was a pretty decent Pope, but as we know, the Catholic church has been corrupt for a millennia. And they tried to assassinate JP2 also.
The only reason I think JP2 was remotely on the up and up is the assassination attempt. As a Catholic, I know full well the issues within the church, especially with most of our “Popes”. It’s disgusting.
I was like 8 and saw it...and instantly thought "awwww she's going to Hell" ... My apologies to her. I was too young to understand the evil that was within these monsters...
Sometime after this incident she was on stage with a bunch of other singers doing a group song for charity. Bob Dylan, the great protest singer of the 60s (sarc.) was supposed to be part of it but he refused to go on stage if she was there. Lost all respect for that cuck.
It is so easy to dismiss someone speaking TRUTH when you are a sheep. I felt the same way when u saw it live. Just like “she’s crazy!”
What a fool I was. It’s a good lesson to us to figure out ways to break through to normies. It’s simply normal to dismiss or not GET things when you have no idea it is actually a THING.
But if someone in a position of power, trust, coolness, mentions something...just one thing...they can break through. Then the rest of the crowd goes along with it. Some people wake up.
Really interesting...I want to do more reading about the psychology of crowds.
Don't feel bad because I was just thinking the same thing about myself. I remember watching this live with my husband, this was before we had our children and we'd been married about 2 years. I remember we were SHOCKED and so INDIGNANT that this "weirdo" was so "anti-Christian"!! It's so embarrassing now to look back at how dumb I was.
the catholic abuse cases were the first hint that something bigger was going on with upper society and pedophilia.... most of us were just naive to think it was a problem just within the priest hood.
I was raised Catholic, currently a nondenominational Christian, and will never defend the Vatican for covering upon the abuse of so many young boys over decades/centuries or anything else. They are a poweful NWO org now and nothing good and righteous comes from that den of sin any longer. However, her ripping up the pic of the pope does not seem to be related to sexual abuse in any way. She never spoke about it during all the press she was getting. I believe it was just a stunt for publicity.
O'Connor has had a lot of trauma in her life. I loved her as an artist and believe she has a good soul. After several breakdowns, she now considers herself a devout Muslim. So she read the Quaran and agrees with it's views on women? With her "prophet" marrying a 9 year old?
She now says she is "remembering" things differently. This article cuts to the chase on what she is truly about:

Was she a witness..? You meant, victim.

Sadly the case is the same w most religions.
I was not alive yet so didn’t get a chance to see it. I can only imagine it was pretty shocking, lol.

This is what a counterculture/protest should look like
Most of us, man.

Watch the video Mass Formation Psychosis - Dr Malone Substack - talks all about crowds

They did what they always do: they painted her as a bigot based on her ethnicity and national origin.
the catholic abuse cases were the first hint that something bigger was going on with upper society and pedophilia.... most of us were just naive to think it was a problem just within the priest hood.
And they just killed her son.

Me too... now I'm thinking how much of a hero she was...
Life is weird.
