The cover story by CBS was that drills between Law enforcement and Military was being conducted for the period of Feb 4-9, 2019. However, the consensus among the people who have looked deeper into all of this is that these are in no way drills, not with the kind of manoeuvres that they pulled off.

Information is a little hard to find this far from the incident. Some of the websites have deteriorated with videos and media becoming lost, but the gist I get is, bioweapons were intercepted on Feb 4, 2019 in a hot and urgent operation before they could be deployed on Los Angeles.

The immediate trigger for this was the assassination of CIA arms pilot Jordan Isaacson, deep cover name Antonio Pastini, who was perhaps linked to the Las Vegas Massacre of 2017. On Feb 4, 2019, his plane was bombed out of the sky and crashed into a home in Yorba Linda, L.A., killing Isaacson and 4 unsuspecting residents.

During this time, "exercises" began with Black Hawk helicopters and Little Birds being deployed to various locations, most notably close to banks, and most notably an address near Wells Fargo. The address was 1138 Wilshire Blvd # 300, Los Angeles, CA 90017, United States, and the building listed was "Guatemalan Trade Center". It's now an abandoned building slated for demolition.

Explosions from breaching charges could be seen and heard as unidentified troops dressed in white outfits, most likely hazmat suits, rappelled down to the surrounding streets, as seen in this video here:

Subsequently, they could be seen extracting high value targets from the address. They were evacuated from the site by MH-6 Little Birds and MHM-60 Black Hawks with their distinctive refuelling booms, both types of which are special operations helicopters. Word has it that these belonged to the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR) "Night Stalkers", who among the world's most elite spec ops aviators. (Thanks u/Dogsoldier2!)

No one knows what exactly was extracted as that information is being kept secret. However, the most common consensus is that it was a hot and live bio-weapon, given the hazmat suits, the suddenness and urgency of the operation, the kind of equipment and tactics used, the hazards present in that particular urban environment, subsequent decontamination procedures, evidence of breaching charges, and the events' proximity to the current pandemic madness.

This thread from 4chan, posted well after this raid, alludes to the pandemic that would happen the following year, and also makes reference to the west coast. I suspect that this may have been an inside hint as to just how close we were to utter death and devastation in DTLA.

I don't know enough to know, only to guess and speculate. The biggest links are the P-8 Poseidon, which sees a whole lot of things, and these two articles from What Does It Mean. Although this site is poorly sourced, their facts are remarkably detailed and consistent with what we have found here, despite their articles being published so soon from the event. The first observes a radar disruption that masks the 160th SOAR's operations, and the second states in matter-of-fact terms that Russian intelligence circulated an "Of special importance" report that noted the proximity of Issacson's death to the operations. The existence of the reports cannot be confirmed from here or there, unfortunately.

Take this information with a strong grain of salt. How they came upon this information cannot be confirmed, but it is remarkable that they had any confidence to make this connection.

One possible scenario I see is that Isaacson was a high value target that the military was monitoring, and he was in some way linked to the trafficking of this bioweapon into DTLA for the Deep State. When he was assassinated by the DS, it clued the military in to the bioweapon becoming primed for release as the DS had accumulated enough of their wares to begin their event in DTLA, and they needed to kill off their loose ends. The military would have been preparing for such a trigger as this and so launched their operation within 24 hours of Isaacson's death, beginning with the P-8 to monitor on the tactical level any DS activity. I stress again that this is speculation as I'm just some pede in Australia with no military background or intel, just this squishy thing between my eyes and ears.

Thanks for the links. I'd never seen that source before. Agree on the interesting part being their confidence in linking the assertion. Could've also been white hats taking him out as the first move, and then proceeding to carry out the other mission or other part of the same mission afterwards.

Great post, and a clear reminder to everyone here that Intel info is just that "info" and is rarely if ever so precise as to be irrefutable. Intel = analysis = professional (trained) opinion with some documentation. Patriots seeking a "fortune cookie" type of clarity won't find it in this world. sorry.
