The cover story by CBS was that drills between Law enforcement and Military was being conducted for the period of Feb 4-9, 2019. However, the consensus among the people who have looked deeper into all of this is that these are in no way drills, not with the kind of manoeuvres that they pulled off.

Information is a little hard to find this far from the incident. Some of the websites have deteriorated with videos and media becoming lost, but the gist I get is, bioweapons were intercepted on Feb 4, 2019 in a hot and urgent operation before they could be deployed on Los Angeles.

The immediate trigger for this was the assassination of CIA arms pilot Jordan Isaacson, deep cover name Antonio Pastini, who was perhaps linked to the Las Vegas Massacre of 2017. On Feb 4, 2019, his plane was bombed out of the sky and crashed into a home in Yorba Linda, L.A., killing Isaacson and 4 unsuspecting residents.

During this time, "exercises" began with Black Hawk helicopters and Little Birds being deployed to various locations, most notably close to banks, and most notably an address near Wells Fargo. The address was 1138 Wilshire Blvd # 300, Los Angeles, CA 90017, United States, and the building listed was "Guatemalan Trade Center". It's now an abandoned building slated for demolition.

Explosions from breaching charges could be seen and heard as unidentified troops dressed in white outfits, most likely hazmat suits, rappelled down to the surrounding streets, as seen in this video here:

Subsequently, they could be seen extracting high value targets from the address. They were evacuated from the site by MH-6 Little Birds and MHM-60 Black Hawks with their distinctive refuelling booms, both types of which are special operations helicopters. Word has it that these belonged to the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR) "Night Stalkers", who among the world's most elite spec ops aviators. (Thanks u/Dogsoldier2!)

No one knows what exactly was extracted as that information is being kept secret. However, the most common consensus is that it was a hot and live bio-weapon, given the hazmat suits, the suddenness and urgency of the operation, the kind of equipment and tactics used, the hazards present in that particular urban environment, subsequent decontamination procedures, evidence of breaching charges, and the events' proximity to the current pandemic madness.

This thread from 4chan, posted well after this raid, alludes to the pandemic that would happen the following year, and also makes reference to the west coast. I suspect that this may have been an inside hint as to just how close we were to utter death and devastation in DTLA.

The 4chan message is the one I linked to at the end of my post. It clearly hasn't materialised yet at all though, and I don't think it will (it may have been thwarted already) but it appears linked to the DTLA raid.

Jade Helm 15 I have no idea about since I missed all of it, only remembering that there were videos of insanely long trains carrying hardware. The worst part is I can't differentiate between the good info and the disinformation, which can reach all the way into AI and alien territory. Searching here yields only 3 posts with no clear opinion, and even searchvoat isn't doing me any good since it sways between it being "it's good" or "it's bad" or "it's a nothingburger". It comes during Obama's term and well before Trump's term, but it coincides with his announcement for the presidential run and his early campaign. Q makes absolutely no reference to Jade Helm 15 as far as I can tell, which has led me to dismiss JH15's importance to current events.

What do you know about JH15 that you can share? And candidly, what do you think makes it important? Most importantly, was it a black hat op or a white hat op?

The jh logo was a ghosted out sabot.

Where the word sabotage comes from. Dig into that, and the original story.

JH was about covert sabotage. Under husseins term. Right around the time hussein started firing more generals. Imo hussein want aware of what the actual intention was for.

Right before GEORGUS came into office.

Military (all except the corrupted ds controlled airforce, iir) were participating. (And remember geortus took the af toys away and created the space force and they were not happy)

Training (or was out actual ops?) took place pave in major trafficking hub areas. Socal, slc utah, texas, etc.

They were covert extraction missions, and played out exactly like your OP.

They also trained on food distribution and riot control. But that could have been part of the cover.

If hussein was aware and initially gave the green light to the training, the military might have sold it as necessary for the 'great reset', while secretly using it for patriotic training. And hussein might have learned what was really going on and that's why he went gung ho on military hate.

Might be why they named it jade (china) helm (in control) 15, but the logo implied sabotaging the resets plans for that to occur.

Also notable, military seems to name their exersizes in this fashion. A word or two followed by a number, typically the last 2 digits of the year.
