I really want to know their logic, but at the same time I cant be arsed to read it.
Their logic is actually somewhat sound even if it is also a bit ridiculous. 90% of the province is vaccinated therefore the per capita rate of hospitalization is 24 for unvaxed and 8 for vaxed.
By using this logic alone, the vax lowers your hospitalization rate and that has been shown to be true elsewhere. I think we in this sub can simultaneously be against blanket vaccination while also recognize it’s positives and negatives

Depends on where in the vaccination window they are. Up to 4 months after the 2nd dose there is some degree of protection, but after that the efficacy becomes negative. Taking a booster gives u another month or two.
