I know. The Gates family changed their name so people wouldn't know they were Jewish. Just showing they lie about their ethnicity and their surnames.

Fauci looks, sounds, acts Jewish. I don't think he's really Italian. He even has a Jewish voice box.

Very possible. That New York Accent isn't just limited to Italians. I'm Spanish and I have a very similar one minus the raspiness. Lots of jews have that accent too.
