They said they would release some rulings today, though not about what. I saw on other sites that rulings were released and mandates weren't included, went hunting for backup, found the article I posted, and didn't notice its date. My bad. Tell them if they do that, they also take responsibility by default for ALL other infectious diseases in their workplaces, then request their 'statuses' for your own records!

So does that mean since they are sitting on their hands, that any lower courts injunctions remain?

My employer is requiring us to submit our shot status by Saturday. I’ve been holding off per this decision. This really irks me!!
