I understand about the K2, but I take D3 with K2 and have had zero problems. I would consult your doctor, or just take straight vitamin-D3 no problem! I recommend 5,000 - 10,000 IU a day depending on your weight and test regularly (every 3-6 months.. less often like once a year after you hit optimal levels) to see where your levels are.
As long as you have a healthy blood saturation, that's all that matters! The people who are dropping dead in ICUs from the virus are the ones with terrible D levels. Keep healthy frendo!

So now I dose K2 once per week and havent had a problem. After another 4 weeks Ill up it to every 5th day and slowly continue to build.
I dont know how people who get regular migraines can deal with it. Wow. I have a great deal of new found empathy.

If I want to acquire my Vitamin D the natural way (sun on skin), how many minutes/ hours of direct shirtless exposure do I need per day if Im all the way in southern Texas?
It depends on your skin tone, if you're white all you need is 30 minutes a day to get the recommended dosage. Those with darker skin need a longer exposure, I think this doc summed it up quite nicely:
Also a good note: it needs to be direct sunlight. If it's overcast you're not going to get the optimal dosage.. that's where D3 comes in when you can't get the natural stuff.
