My biggest question (you know journalistic standards of truth stuff).

Doctor of what? There are Doctors of accouting (your university professors), Doctors of English, Doctors of Education etc... So which type of doctors told Spotify to stop this?

Doctor is meaningless without context & even then it unfortunately seems to be a pretty useless title with the way It has been handled these days.
