Very strange that those letters happen to be her initials and the initials of what she's been through.

I used to follow Sarah pretty closely. She said her father intentionally gave her those initials. Satanist humor. Ugh.

It's more systemic than that. In a Clown World that is reliant on symbols to communicate, name Comms are very important.

Chandler = Child Handler

Alan/Allen = screwing people's heads = MKUltra

Cameron = Camera On

Elon = prince of Mars

Elon's blatantly weird son's name acts as a 'tell' for those of us starting to learn Comms that name Comms are a "thing".
