Have you looked into Quercetin and other supPlements to prevent covid? Is it better to take Quercetin with Bromelain or Quercetin phytosome for absorption/ bioavailability?
Have been following Zelenko protocol, just was worried people might not be getting full benefits of dose if taking Quercetin by itself - due to Quercetin not absorbing well, which is why they generally add bromelain/black pepper etc to aid absorption or produce an ultra-bioavalable Quercetin phytosome.
