Doctors need to collectively fight the hospitals and their Covid Death Protocols ALL TOGETHER.
If they all refuse to show up unless they can maintain their critical, one to one, doctor/patient decision making process, then hospital systems and medical boards would have to cave.
Right now, all the Doctors are "following orders" and implementing the tyrannical covid protocol.

Doctors and nurses nationwide in the US have received written notice that if they prescribe Ivermectin, they will be fired. This is coming from hospital systems. In addition, per the above article, medical licensing boards are revoking licenses to practice medicine as well.
The "higher ups" are all in on this tyranny. They are literally conducting mass murder in our country. Doctors will say their aren't enough studies on Ivermectin - which is bullsh!t.
They say this as cover though because they don't want to tell patient's loved ones that they are choosing their job over their loved one's life. They also do this because they don't want to know the truth. To know the truth would mean to know they are killers.

My sister is a nurse in Canada. I told her that I got some ivermectin and was ready to take it. She gave me a lecture. I responded with a boatload of evidence of its usefulness. She responded that it’s the horse paste she’s most concerned about.
