Lightning during a volcanic event can't be described as "strikes." That implies cloud-to-ground. The lightning being recorded on the software is simply cloud-to-cloud discharges. Completely normal.
It's actually a volcanic static discharge. The rest is just dopium.
When he says, "That's not natural," I assumed he was implying that it was a man-made event. That was what I was commenting upon. My mistake.
