I think there's something going on with sentence 2....to "spurn" means to reject with disdain or contempt, which doesn't make sense in the context of this sentence. Joe and Mika might "spout" or "spew" Fake News, but not "reject" it. I can't believe 45 would misuse this word in such a way...comms? No mention of this word in the drops. Hmm.
