My prayers lately have had to do more with this being 4 year deltas and not 5... I have pre-maturely celebrated popcorn day for a few years now. Just got fatter.

Popcorn is actually quite calorie neutral unless you use a lot of oil or microwave bagged popcorn.

Get a silicone bowl if you want to use microwave and use less than a teaspoon of oil.
