The homeless/ghetto argument is a better one. We should have seen people in ventilated hazmat suits driving bulldozers of dead people, especially from the Favelas in South America and the slum in India, Indonesia, South Africa etc.

Yes, and most deaths from these illnesses will also occur in the hospitals.
The hospital route (at least here in the west) is imho not the best argument.
