My only issue with the Khazarian scapegoat theory is the Khazarian empire was little more than a roaming clutch of Jews up until 1,200 years ago... whereas the Jews had established the Synagogue of Satan, the horrors of the Jewish Talmud and themselves as the most exiled people in human history millennium beforehand.
Khazarian Jews are definitively evil, but they seem to represent only a fraction of the Synagogue of Satan which also include the Kabbala Jews, Freemason Jews, banking Jews, Talmudic Jews, Bilderberg Jews, crypro-Jews like Bill Gates and Klaus Schwab and the Bush family, the Jews who dominate almost total control over the world's mainstream news media and social media, the MOSSAD Jews and all the child sex trafficking Jews, including all the Orthodox Jewish bathhouses that are "child rape assembly lines".
The Jews who worship Jesus Christ seem to be good people, but we generally refer to them as Christians.
I don't know about scapegoat, after all HW Bush's Bonesman handle was Magog, and W. Bush's bonesman handle was Gog. Kinda points to the Khazaria Mafia, what'll think. Oh, and according to the article the Khazarian's were not originally Jews, but given a choice by the Russian Czar. The Khazar's picked Jews because it was the smallest religion, easier to inculcate into their Baal religion. I'd say they were successful.

It's even more convoluted. The Khazarians became Jews in about 800, when they were already established as a powerful and feared force in the whole area between the Caucasus mountains, the Caspian Sea, the Volga River. Traditionally they probably had a shamanistic religion. Before their official mass conversion, there were a few Muslims. Their empire was gone in the 1200s and they dispersed into eastern Europe. So it isn't like they were Rothschilds, the R's came along 500 years later. They were ruthless and tricky and became Jews for purely political reasons, namely to thwart both Christians and Muslims and collect a 10% tax on the trade that went through. Terrible as they were, they were the civilized ones compared to all the other nomad tribes. As they moved into Europe they changed, some became serious Jews.
But those Jews are Jews. No reason to get upset.
