Brief history:
The Swearing in of Oath
While the Constitution does not mandate that anyone in particular should administer the presidential oath of office, it has been administered by the chief justice beginning with John Adams, except following the death of a sitting president. George Washington was sworn into office during his first inauguration, on April 30, 1789, by Chancellor of New York Robert Livingston.[5][6] William Cranch, chief judge of the U.S. Circuit Court, administered the oath to Millard Fillmore on July 10, 1850, when he became president after the death of Zachary Taylor.[7] Upon being informed of Warren Harding's death, while visiting his family home in Plymouth Notch, Vermont, Calvin Coolidge was sworn in as president by his father, John Calvin Coolidge Sr., a notary public.[8][9] Federal Judge Sarah T. Hughes administered the oath of office to Lyndon B. Johnson aboard Air Force One after John F. Kennedy's assassination on November 22, 1963; the only time a woman has administered the oath of office. Overall, the presidential oath has been administered by 15 chief justices (one of whom—William Howard Taft—was also a former president), one associate justice, four federal judges, two New York state judges, and one notary public.

My dear friends, it is my belief that President Trump was sworn in for his second term during the short ride from the White House to Joint Base Andrews while onboard Marine One. Let me explain.
Here is a video of President Trump leaving the White House on Jan 20th 2021 at 10:33am. Start the video at the 3:30 mark. He gets onboard Marine One for a short 10 minute ride to Joint Base Andrews.
In the video above you will notice five people get onboard Marine One after President Trump. One of the persons is a Marine carrying the nuclear football, there are 4 people in front of him though. One of the persons is carrying a tan briefcase in his right hand and in his left hand he is carrying what looks to be a book with a folder on top. Go to this video and stop it at the 1:07 mark.
Who are these people who boarded Marine One with the President? Could the book and folder he is carrying in his left hand be a bible and the words to a swearing in ceremony? Why was this book and folder not tucked away in his duffel bag? Did he need it handy for what was about to take place?
Wiki says the oath ceremony has been administered by one associate justice, four federal judges, two New York state judges, and one notary public. Who were these people that got onboard with the President and do any of these people carry the title of judge or notary?
Anyway, the reason I ask these questions is because when President Trump landed at Joint Base Andrews and he is exiting Marine One with Melania the Marine band start playing "Hail to the Chief" and the marines start a traditional 21 gun salute for a incoming President. Four cannons, firing in 3 second intervals. Start this video at the 3:30 mark.
If you look at the people that got onboard Marine One with President Trump, the blonde woman resembles Claria Horn Boom. A United States District judge that was appointed by President Trump. Wouldn't it be just like President Trump to ask someone named "Boom" to swear him in?

There were so many judges appointed by President Trump, it could have been any one of these people who administered the swearing in ceremony. If you want to go through the list, more eyes on this we can narrow down who got on Marine One with the President. (I like my Boom theory)

Other collaborating evidence includes the fact that Biden did not receive 21 gun salute at his inauguration. The 21 gun salute should begin as the swearing in ceremony ends. It did not happen. Later that day there was a salute at Arlington cemetery that resembled a ceremony for a foreign dignitary or the Laying of the wreath ceremony. Three cannons, firing at 10 second intervals.

Days before the Pentagon officials confirm break from tradition, will not host Armed Forces Farewell tribute to Trump. Why? Perhaps because...you know why!
It is tradition that the military will use Airforce One and pick up the new President and bring him to Washington DC for the swearing in ceremony. Biden had to take a private jet to DC.
Then we see the military with their backs to Biden's motorcade. The second half of this video it is blatantly obvious.
When the ceremony at Joint Andrews was over, President Trump got on Air Force One and flew to Florida, with the nuclear football.

We know who the real President is and we know he is about to break some balls.
Stay safe my frens!!!
WWG1WGA!!!
The reason they played "Hail to the Chief" and did the salute was precisely because he was still the President. You yourself said this:
Now read Section 1 of the 20th Amendment:
The rest of your post may still be true, but even if it is not he was still President until noon.
That also means that he did in fact fly on Air Force One to Florida, and was still the President when he landed around 11am.
Nice post. This is just some corroborating info for you.
Thank you for your comments. I was under the impression the process of playing "Hail to the chief" while simultaneously giving the 21 gun salute was reserved for this specific ceremony (inaugurating a president). That is why when he stepped off Marine One, the music and cannon fire started, I assumed he was just sworn in.
Did Trump get this greeting at any other event during his 4 years in office besides the one 4 years prior? Post a link.
Yes, there are 21 guns salutes for different occasions, but they use fewer cannons and the frequency at which they fire the cannons is greatly reduced.
Presidents get 4 cannons, 3 cannons performing the salute with the 4th cannon in reserve if there is a misfire. Cannon shots every 3 seconds.
For a foreign dignitary (China Joe), they get 3 cannons, 2 cannons preforming the salute with 1 in reserve for a misfire. Cannon shots every 10 seconds. This is what we saw at Arlington cemetery.
Your theory is still solid. Honestly, I think the timing of noon no longer matters for the simple fact that other circumstances changed drastically, as well. Like the fact that Trump is now a covert CIC and DC is occupied territory. Trump also received a proper 21 gun salute while Biden did not. I dug a little on this and it's been decades, at least, since a President didn't get a 21 gun salute. There's also some interesting 'coincidence' between Q and the salute. I think you're definitely on to something.

Hail to the Chief is the President's song. It is ceremonial, and is played all the time. If a band is onsite they will play it when he enters a room, similar to how a late-night host has his band play something when their guest walks in. They also play "Ruffles and Flourishes" immediately before his song.
The cannon stuff is just more honors. It is rare because - well, how many people have cannons. I do seem to recall the cannon salute is an inaugural tradition, but if you lookup AR 600-25 that will have the info on who gets the honors and where/why.
Sorry, but I find your argument is not too solid. There's a few assumptions and several misunderstandings.
Your argument is.
A. Someone other than Chief Justice can swear in the President B. Someone was carrying a book.
C. A blonde woman was present. D. This blonde woman looks like another woman who is a judge in Kentucky E. There was no Armed Forces Tribute to Trump. F. Air Force One G. Video of some soldiers, probably National Guard. Cut with a CNN report.
A. Is true. However, for over two hundred years, that's only been the cases where the president died. The evidence for this is in the same Wikipedia page you linked to
So that really doesn't seem to apply here.
B. You are speculating here. You don't know what they were carrying. To me it looks like a large binder in the CSPAN clip. Also you don't even need a book for the swearing in, let alone a Bible....again evidence in the wikipedia page
C/D Yes, a blonde woman was there, but it's pure speculation it's the blonde woman you point out......do you feel that this is who you WANT it be, not who it is likely to be?...............Also as you point out, you don't need a judge.
E. If you followed the link in the article you linked to and saw the actual reporting. This seemed be Trump's choice, not the Pentagon's. VP Pence did give remarks on Trump foreign policy Achievements before the troops.
F. This is just a misunderstanding. There's no Air Force One plane. And no plane is called Air Force One when the incoming president to be is on it. Air Force One is a radio call sign and any plane the president is on is Air Force One. So on Jan 20th. President Trump took Air Force One to Fl at 10:30 AM. At noon, it was no longer Air Force One.
G. Seems to be a deceptive clip. The first part of that video is NOT from CNN and there's no telling who took the video or when it was taking. The Part that is from CNN, is taking behind the soldiers and Most of them are looking down the road at the motorcade.
So I don't think this holds together. Which brings me to this point.
Why? Why would Trump do this? Why would he step away from the power and the spotlight for a year? For what purpose?
