Anybody remember exactly what timestamp Biden was sworn in at?
He finished his oath at 11:48 AM. Though according to the 20th Amendment he legally came in at noon.
Right. So as long as he didn't sign anything or use executive authority before noon he's fine.
And he was probably still out at the ceremony until way after noon.
...he was. He gave like a 20 minute speech, Garth Brooks sung Amazing Grace, so yeah, when he finally got to the office, he was "IN OFFICE."
