Anybody remember exactly what timestamp Biden was sworn in at?
It was before noon. I believe he was sworn at 11: 55. I maybe off a few minutes
He was definitely "sworn in" before noon.

Does the timestamp matter at all? I remember anon's leading theory at the time was that it was a recording - so it was recorded much earlier. Or did everyone forget about this?
In that way there was never a transfer of power at the actual inauguration, but if Trump is the legitimate winner then it would be the point where the President lost control of the US due to hostile actions.
i swear it was like a good 10-20 minuts before noon. I turned over 15mins or so early so I could get myself settled and was bemused to see his hand already on the fricking bible saying the oath!!
He finished his oath at 11:48 AM. Though according to the 20th Amendment he legally came in at noon.
The oath must occur at exactly noon. It was all a show. Biden never legally came into anything.
There’s no such rule as this. The Constitution says that the president has to take the oath “before” entering office, and that the term of the previous executive ends at noon. There’s no requirement anywhere that the oath be sworn exactly at noon, and it would be incredibly dumb if there were such a requirement.
