That makes no sense. If the Democrats passed that crap, they'd never lose another election. If they wanted her to vote no to save the party, why the hell did the party try to push that crap through? I think the opposite. If either of them had voted for killing the filibuster, neither would stand a chance at being re-elected. That'd be two solid Republican gains.
If they passed that law, they would have legalized cheating in every state. You think they would hang out their own to dry like that?
