That's true. But we also never really said this about every new sickness that came up in the past.
Depends really. What’s the point of talking about the long-term effects of strep throat, when antibiotics are readily available and affordable? My great aunt developed heart disease from it, but this was before antibiotics, and is pointless to talk about now.
Antibiotics are for bacterial infections, not viral infections.
Correct, Strep Throat is caused by a bacteria…
