At first I thought, "Albany? Why that of all places?"

Then I remembered that is the capital of NY. Disrupting NYC would be more prudent, I think, though. But what do I know, I'm on the other side of the Hudson.

If trucks were to converge on all the bridges and tunnels, and then happen to have mechanical problems all at the same time, Manhattan would degrade to one of those dystopian movies :)
