I used to drink distilled water exclusively, BUT i heard from several sources, that distilled water is BAD for you, BECAUSE (minerals etc) tend to be suspended in water, and if they aren’t in the water you drink, then the distilled water will pick up the minerals in your body, leaving you with a deficiency.
Yeah, I heard the same thing and then learned about organic vs inorganic minerals and realized the person/people that parrot that talking point don't know the difference between the two either.
I mean, we have doctors injecting people with poison and think it's medicine. Don't trust everyone you listen to... Even if the concept is popular. Because it could just be that more retards believe it too.
Our minerals should not come from water. Our bodies aren't designed for it.
I understand, but both premises are incorrect... The truth is, yes, distilled water leeches minerals from your body.... The. Ones. You. Don't. Want.
Distilled is negatively charged and leeches to the positive ones (bad ones) and flushes your system of them. Water is a solvent after all... Natures most gentle solvent.
There's a ton of bad/false info out there on this subject. I spent a lot of time navigating those waters (pun!!!!!) many years ago. I know so many people (family and friends) that only drink distilled. They're perfectly healthy.
would you be interested in making a new OP about water?
maybe ask people some questions, to get a reply?
i bet the post would be a big hit!
also, what do you think about cows milk, and calcium?
i have heard that, yes, milk contains calcium, BUT only because milk is leeching calcium from the mother, to give to the baby, AND that if we drink cows milk, it will deplete our calcium.

Don’t take my word for it.
