Condolences, I lost my 39 year old brother six days ago from a heart attack. He never got tested for Covid, but we've (me and others in the house) since tested positive (no symptoms anymore). Not that it matters now, but we all had a weak flu two weeks ago. He was overweight with breathing issues and may or may not have had Covid. He was hesitant to go to the ER because of no insurance and well, the treatment would probably have been what this doctor is talking about.

He doesn't ask questions of the doctors, he just complies. Ironically ( add sarcasm here) of 5 siblings, all over 70, he has had the most health problems: open heart surgery, stroke, massive brain bleed from Plavex, and now neurological issues. But his Doctor's word is gospel to him. He is so afraid that if he doesn't do exactly what they tell him, that he could die. It is all fear driven. I know they use that ploy.
