Morning glories are awesome! I planted some in our front yard almost 20 years ago, and they grew up a trellis each year. The flowers went to seeds, and those seeds then become each year's new crop. What was amazing is that it seemed that each year the flowers were even more brilliant! The flowers almost looked fluorescent!
Fun fact, morning glories contain trace amounts of a psychoactive chemical known as LSA (Lysergic Acid Amide), a precursor to Lysergic Acid Diethalamide (LSD).
And if you eat hundreds of them, you will begin to hallucinate, pain perception decreases substantially, and you enter an uncomfortable schizophrenic episode for about 10 hours.
Lol, you have to extract the LSA in order for the experience to be euphoric and wonderful. If you just eat the seeds whole, there's traces of ergot which is suspected to be what caused many of the Salem Witch Trials in colonial America when ergot fungus tainted colonies rye supply at many granary.
Hawaiian baby woodrose seeds are much more potent containing LSA and much of the traces of ergot can be removed using a simple cold water extraction.
My first psychedelic experience was in my senior year of high school with 4 of my closest friends just about a month before graduating and not seeing any of them for several years.
Will always remember that glowing, euphoric feeling combined with being faintly disassociated from my body and totally uninhibited (like alcohol does but without the loss of coordination) as we walked around the lake and throughout the town as we said our goodbyes to that quaint, peaceful little town.
Despite your testimony, I plan to eat the veggies produced from the seeds I planted...not the morning glories. I'll leave them for the birds, bees and butterflies and other such critters.
It's not worth trying to trip on morning glory. You have to be able to resist vomiting and most can't. Just buy some shrooms by the pound like a normal person. That's what kids in high school did. Source: was a kid in high school.
Hahaha I'm glad we would've been friends in high school. I was widely known as a secret enabler of many fellow youth lol. I was just very clever about not getting caught.
Haha of course friend. You munch on those veggies. I was just taking everyone on a strange tangent. I used to be a freedom loving hippy before all this after all.
Don't the seeds also contain trace amounts of cyanide, or is that just apple seeds? I would wonder about the effects of other trace organic chemicals on your liver.
it's inside the vitamin B17 which is in most seeds. the B17 attacks cancer cells and injects the cancer cells with the cyanide effectively killing cancer.
most countries use B17 to treat cancer except the US , where a doctor risks losing their licence to suggest or prescribe.
there's nothing wrong with eating seeds, it's in the bible to eat the whole fruit seeds and all
I've heard there might be trace amounts of cyanide in the SHELL of the Hawaiian baby woodrose lol. Which is why I always stressed the importance of removing the shells before ingesting. Heck that's probably what causes the uncomfortable nausea part of the come up from the experience if I'm being honest haha
Oh yes ! When I first read about that possible connection and I compared the witch trials to what I experienced on LSA, it all made a freaky amount of sense.
I'll never forget staring at a digital clock while talking to one of my neighbors after coming back inside after social hours and everytime I blinked, the number on the clock increased by a minute.
Curiously, I blinked 4 times in a row thinking it was just a coincidence, but no, 4 minutes went by in what shouldve been 4 seconds.
I remember being able to see people's aura's and their energy spiking off their bodies as they walked around like some kind of radioactive isotope shoots off protons intermittently.
Absolutely fascinating stuff. Can definitely see how someone inadvertently experiencing something like that might think others are playing tricks or casting spells on them.

Good times.
Yeah, I was like… people grow these for reasons other than LSA?

Ok, this is all fascinating, but especially the bit about the Salem Witch Trials!

Ha! Loved reading this! The idea of seeing auras is fascinating to me. And your time comment... Have you ever read Einstein's Dreams?
