The information that I am about to share with you is extremely alarming
received an email from a farming insider
...share the information...as long as I kept his name out of it.
According to this farming insider
the stage is being set for the sort of historic global crisis
And having faith also requires everyone to use their God given brain. I like zerohedge and read it weekly but everyone's antennas should got up when they put out an unsourced hearsay "warning" like this one. At the very least it should spur research into actual farming industry sources and perhaps even reaching out to any actual farmers. Everything in the article may be true but we are also in an information war so all info like this should be suspect until verified.
The USA & Canada are in the top group of fertilizer exporters. We export well beyond our own need. If food shortages appear likely from fertilizer deficit do you think those exports would continue?
My making little of how the content is presented (it's written EXACTLY like a copywriter for a marketing campaign, which I guess you know nothing about,) is not the same as making little of the content - but you're such a genius that you can't tell the difference, lol.
This, 100% this. We have posts like this weekly, if not sometimes daily. My favorites are of the form "I'm not trying to fearmonger, but (proceeds to fearmonger)"
Right, how long have we been hearing about a massive food shortage now? Like 2 years?
For some reason all types of media love trotting out these stories every week. I'm not quite sure what the entire purpose is. There has to be more to it than just fearporn clicks. "A meteor may strike next week" "a solar flare my wipe out all electronics next week" "food might be GONE from the shelves next month" "Iranian hackers may bring down the system next Friday" "sharks might grow legs via evolution and assault Americans in the streets by as early as next Thursday"

Sounds like a magazine or blog for farmers.
I know an insider that saw the prices at the local grocery commodity market.
Number 7 will SHOCK you!
It sounds like it was written for an advertisement to sell emergency food kits.
You're making little of it and failing to prepare will not serve you well.

Sure, since the architects of all this chaos would probably lean toward more revenue for themselves while FUBARing everything up for everybody.
They'd likely sell the entire world's supply of food to the Martians if they could.
In that case, I have a golden, once in a lifetime opportunity just for you that THEY don't want you to know about!

What are you, 19? You have a juvenile attitude, but thanks for the link!

Where do you come in on "And so it begins..."?

IMO it's to keep a general level of unease going so that when .gov provides the solution it makes it easier to accept. AKA, predictive programming.
Do you follow farming at all? When has that not been a thing?
So post them, that would be useful and provide context.
Got it, you're lazy.
