I would be interested in sending money directly to someone on the ground providing food (since normal supply chains are cut off and right now there is question about receiving their funds...meaning as a minimum they likely haven't gotten much of them yet). Placing a restaurant order, as some have done, and saying, "give it to people outside," is too gray. Somebody is shuttling supplies in... what do they need? Or those grandmas whipping up sandwiches?
