Hershey has not chosen wisely. Time to ensure that the only thing anyone remembers them for is their Highway.
I really hope no one is signing that crap. They should just flat-out refuse to sign anything like that - and get an attorney while they’re at it. Get names of all company individuals involved in this coercion. Those employees who have had the invasive interrogation by HR need to sue- and perhaps an attorney on the right side of history might consider starting a class-action lawsuit. Good luck to the individuals whose employment was terminated for refusing to partake in experimental drug trials.

They are part of the problem just by selling chocolate. It hardens the pineal gland and is bad for the adrenal system because of caffeine. Dairy and refined sugar are also bad, and by bad I mean life shortening. If you are ‘taught’ that you need protein from meat there is more life shortening. Eat fruit and live healthy, everything else is a trap.

I'd tell Hershey to go pound salt. If you're that afraid of someone telling the truth about you, then instead of firing your employees, you should clean up your act.
File this under, "telling everyone you're in the wrong without telling everyone you're in the wrong."
WE can see you without whistleblower action. Firing unvaxxed employees is a red flag. Also, by getting rid of a percentage of the workforce, you are going down, by definition.
