We knew it was coming and honestly I think it was intentional on the part of the organizers.
I think they wanted to be cancelled, so everyone of us who does or doesn’t get a refund becomes more disillusioned with the communists trying to control our lives.
I haven’t personally seen any new funding announcements from the freedom convoy, hopefully something comes up soon.
They should just provide their crypto addresses to send donations to. No middlemen. No keeping tracking of donors. They are free to use the money as they like, and how much was raised is recorded in blockchain for everyone to see.
They actually have an emt address, until their accounts get frozen which is likely next given they’ve been labeled an occupation and it won’t be long before the full force of the federal government will be on them.
Put in my the gofundme refund, otherwise they’ll donate it to whoever they want…

Do not use the http://gofundme.com refund form. Issue a charge-back/open a dispute with your bank, this way, gofundme will have to pay 15USD, or more, for each charge-back request, plus the refund value. This is how all banks work. Please share this as much as possible. If we're successful, gofundme will regret doing this because they'll lose tons of money.

UPDATE: GoFundMe to refund all Freedom Convoy 2022 donations (2/5/2022)
The update we issued earlier (below) enabled all donors to get a refund and outlined a plan to distribute remaining funds to verified charities selected by the Freedom Convoy organizers. However, due to donor feedback, we are simplifying the process. We will automatically refund all contributions directly — donors do not need to submit a request. You can expect to see your refund within 7–10 business days.
