Sorry for not being clear, I meant the open southern border, the Afghanistan disaster, and everything else Biden has touched.
I think you mean continued and escalating false flags, Antifa riots, burning, and looting. If so that might be true. There might have been plans to use the National Guard and other military units where possible to protect against it, but we will never know.
