Why is the convoy affecting this person so much? It's not preventing him from getting to his doctor appointments (which i would be sympathetic to) because he indicates that he doesn't have to commute past the truckers. Whats his beef? Why are they threatening his life?

He sees people as diseased by default so whenever someone enters the city of Toronto for any reason that he deems unnecessary, then that is a direct assault on him, because they are diseased by default.
