Let me get this straight...we need to pass a law to authorize FDA approved meds that have been in existence for decades with a proven track record because compromised doctors are prevented from prescribing and pharmacists are refusing to fill prescriptions from the effective doctors with balls to do what's best for their patients. Things that make you go, hmmmm.
Yes.
I have prescribed HCQ and some pharmacists have refused to fill it, prompting a phone call from me.
I've prescribed ivermectin a few times but found most pharmacies say they don't carry it (maybe they are lying).
"we don't carry that" is the defacto get out of jail card for pharmacy's. This is them legally refusing to fill it. Are they lying? I would gamble yes they are lying but it's up to you to prove that. Patients need to stop using corporate pharmacy's like CVS,Walgreen's,Rite Aid, etc and start using local mom and pop pharmacy's. They seem to be the ones that will fill it.
At this point, we apparently do. We have US and state Constitutions that SHOULD be enough and should be being obeyed but they are NOT. What this will do is to remove fed "consequences" for doctors and pharmacists in the meantime. Ridiculous, yes, but I see it as a step forward until we can erase all of the illegitimate "laws" and overreach.
That is very strange. Attorney’s should simply quote existing State, Federal & International law in document form with their name on it. If they do not immediately change then they could be tried for crimes against humanity.

So true! We are realizing we have to fight for everything no matter how obvious it seems!!!
For a medication you can buy from a vending machine at the duty free in airports around the “3rd and 2nd world.
I also thought it was suppose to be cheap and really it is not.

Here’s the bill — https://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/legis/PN/Public/btCheck.cfm?txtType=PDF&sessYr=2021&sessInd=0&billBody=H&billTyp=B&billNbr=1741&pn=1972
Ask the committee members to support this bill which would be fantastic for PA!
Yes because I live in Pa. i will he calling.
I just went to call them and it looks like they passed it already. One more reason to keep using online doctors.
It has to go to the Senate yet? And Wolf will veto it I am sure.
I reread the post and realize I had it completely backwards the first time. My brain was not firing today.
That is excellent.
