if i do a google news search for "vaccine side effects", i get mostly gas light articles, telling me its all in my head

Apparently some of those side effects go straight to the heart. The rare ones, most commonly.

Some tumors would be all in the head. Strokes too. Also brain bleeds mostly in the head.
