This has backfired massively. I never listened to Joe before this and wasnt even really aware of his show ( i hate 3 hour podcast stuff) but the Streisand Effect made me check out the Malone and McCullough vid and now have listened to a lot of his vids.
He's so milquetoast and literally just sits there and lets the guest talk for 20 mins at a time and only interjects to prompt them to explain or to clarify things. Rogan barely even makes comments so why is he getting flak??
You are right. I think it's because like you pointed out, he "literally just sits there and lets the guest talk for 20 mins at a time"... this is what actual journalism is. It is not scripted and leading questions. If the interviewer talks more than the person being interviewed it's a pretty good sign that someone else is driving that car. I also picked up on watching the Bob Lazar episode that Rogan made reference to their dinner the night before; I'm not sure if he spends time with most guests like this, but it would certainly aid to the more personable and casual feel to his show - again, more like a conversation than interview.

As we’re watching the game unfold, are any long term Q followers (have read 50%+ of posts) having the experience of people in their lives who never ever followed global affairs suddenly going through deep pain trying to understand “what is happening and how could this be happening and why do they let people get by with what is happening” sort of thing?
In other words, they are having to feel in a condensed period what we’ve been feeling for 20+ years…
