Might need imaging to see if there's any damage. A blood test for heart enzymes would be good too.

Proof: had myopercarditis from food poisoning before all the shit began. Blood test showed elevated troponin levels, which is what the heart releases when it's damaged. Went to the cath lab as a cardiac patient which was the diagnosis.

in the country I'm in the best the parents could get him was an ECG and blood screen. I told them he needed imaging done and a D - dimer test, but alas the service wouldn't give it too him!
